My name is Eliana Ellern, and everything started in 2012 with my little white Maltese puppy, my loyal companion. He had these stubborn tear stains that I simply couldn’t get rid of. I tried countless products and tips, but nothing seemed to work. Every time I looked into his big, loving eyes, I knew I had to find a solution for him.
I started diving deep into research, exploring the role of nutrition in dogs and the underlying causes of tear stains. I spent countless hours reading, consulting with veterinarians, and testing different approaches. Eventually, I discovered that the key lies in nutrition—balancing the right nutrients to support a healthy system from within.
In 2013, I developed my first product: a nutritional supplement specifically designed to address the root causes of tear stains. What began as a personal mission quickly resonated with other dog owners, many of whom were struggling with the same issue.
Fast forward ten years to 2023, and I decided it was time to refresh my brand. I updated the logo and packaging to reflect the modern values of my mission—quality, innovation, and a heartfelt commitment to our beloved pets.
Then, in 2024, I took the next big step: expanding the product line to include a liquid eye cleanser. This new addition perfectly complements the nutritional supplement, offering a holistic solution for caring for the delicate area around dogs’ eyes.
What started with my little Maltese puppy has grown into a mission to improve the lives of countless dogs and their owners. And every time I see a dog with a bright, clean coat, I feel proud knowing this journey was worth it.
